I gave it a 10 now because the work overall looks great, although I noticed a notice a couple of small issues that I spoke with Tim about and he was very polite and understanding and informed me to get a time set up so that they can correct the issues. Other than that I’m very satisfied with the overall look. Tim was great to work with, he did what he said he would do and actually put new parts on the car and not just a pretty makeup job, like I experienced at another collision place here in town with the same vehicle and the same rear bumper. Employees honesty can take a company along way, even if the employee doesn’t own the company that employee will still bring your company return customers based upon their actions so I guess if this happens to me again, I will be back to see Tim! This was a great experience. Cathy at the front desk always kept me up to date on the progress of the car. No one wants to have a car accident but this group of craftsmen at Bopp really did make the process smooth.
