When the vehicle was picked up the check engine light was illuminated. When we took it back to find out the situation we were told that the vehicle had been test driven the day before the keys were picked up by a family member to Midway which is a total of 20 miles RT, but my Journeys log on my car app showed it had been driven to Arena Liquor Store which was 6-7 miles. The car was released to us is non-workng order and we had to bring the car back to Minnesota to deal with completing the repairs after Bopp had the vehicle for 2 months.

They always responded to all my calls and were able to provide me with updates to when expected parts would be in. They set correct expectations on turnaround time so that I could set my schedule around when the vehicle would be complete. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend for all your bodywork needs!

The work done seems to be very good.

Our car was badly damaged in an ice storm accident. Bopp repaired the car to like-new condition. The repairs took a very long time due to delays in part shipping. Our only complaint with Bopp is that we were promised call and text updates but only ever received information when we called to pester them.

I was told I had been called by Bopp that my car was finished. My phone showed that I did not receive a phone call from Bopp that day. Perhaps the gentleman who wrote down my phone number on a paper that day (he couldn't immediately find my file) transposed a couple of digits
