The folks at Bopp were very professional, super helpful in getting an estimate for repair for our vehicle, and very helpful in scheduling our repair. Given the pandemic going on, we were able to get our car in sooner than I anticipated and they had it ready in less than 4 full days. Communication was great. It was extremely helpful to know that Bopp was an approved repair center, so there were zero holdups with our insurance - SafeCo. Very very pleased with our experience. I hope we don't need to use any repair center again, but if we do, I know where to come back to!
