The repairs were great. My only issue was being told by text and VM (one at 3:58 and the other at 4:10) that the shop would be open Friday until 5:00. I bought gas for and returned my rental and was at your shop at 4:53 and there was no one there. That was disappointing because I couldn’t get back in the rental (none available anywhere because of True/False) so I was without a car all weekend. I did appreciate you picking me up Monday and bringing me to the shop.

I was left a VM message and text that my car was ready to pick up and the shop was open until 5. Returned my rental and was at the shop at 4:53 and no one was there. I was unable to get the rental back (T/F weekend) so I was without a car for the weekend.
