Everyone was extremely friendly and phones are answered extremely promptly, always :) I would have appreciated more specific instructions re: the rental pick-up. I called to see if I needed to do anything before arriving to pick up my rental and I was told that I was all set; I wish they had reminded me that I needed to coordinate with Enterprise myself. I assumed that communication would have occurred prior to my arrival. BUT, they clearly cleaned my car for me and called/emailed with frequent updates about my car. It did take longer than I had expected, but the rental was great so it was okay. And, the repair person even gave me advice about an unrelated car issue I had. Amazing. Customer service was above and beyond expectations, with the exception of the rental car communication issue, which caused me to have to have my husband pick me up, but not a huge deal. One more minor thing: my check oil light was on when I picked up the vehicle whereas it was not on when I dropped it off - I somewhat wished they had informed me of that and assured me that it wasn't something they did to the oil to make the light go on, but overall, again, excellent service.
