Disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket even though it wasn't a large sum. I had provided other estimates that were considerably less cost, but wanted to keep it local to my neighborhood. I was warned that this may be the case, but I believe they could have adjusted this to keep future business from me more certain.

No appointment needed for an estimate. Every employee that I interacted with from the bodywork techs, the adjuster, office admin, and owner were all very pleasant to work with. I felt like my vehicle was just as important to them as it was to me. The damage to my truck was pretty severe. Also, the truck body was aluminum. Not all body shops can repair aluminum. The repairs took 3 weeks but they contacted me every few days with a status update. Boruski did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.
