I am really happy with my car repairs. My car looks better than ever, however I had the worst customer service experience with Tina. I was assigned Tina. No one else could answer any questions I had about my car but Tina. I definitely did not like this because Tina is HORRIBLE with communication. In the end, I am so happy that I have my car back because I don’t have to deal with Tina ever again. She would promise me that my car would be ready the next day and that she would call me when it was ready. Next day came around and I heard nothing. When I called the collision center, Tina has gone home for the day. Another time I was promised by Tina that my car would be ready, she eventually let me know that my car needed to be repainted and it needed to dry over the weekend. No problem, Monday afternoon I still don’t get a car from Tina. The weekend is over, why haven’t I got an update??? Maybe Tina has too many customers, maybe she is not good with getting back to customers, whatever the problem is with her, she annoyed me. Thank you Boulevard Collision for fixing my car. Hopefully I never encounter Tina again.
