The people I talked to throughout the process were good but there was very little communication on repair status and pick up dates. I had to call a couple times and the delivery date changed each time I called. Not a big deal but I would’ve liked a little more communication.

When I called after the car was overdue by 2 weeks and there was no message system or answer, I thought my car was stolen by a chop shop. Not the type of interaction I'm looking for.

Neglected to mention 3% credit card fee when paying, did not answer phone and could not leave message for days, no notice when car was not completed on anticipated day, gave notice at 10am Friday that car was complete and they were coming at noon= no time to pick-up necessitating rental car for an extra weekend. The way I was treated I thought this was a chop shop.
