The shop sent me numerous text alerts updated on the progress of repairs and phoned me several times when there was new information about parts on order or received. All communications with the shop were greatly appreciated and I received the vehicle in excellent condition and one day sooner than expected. The manager I spoke with (Bob) on several occasions was very helpful and encouraged me to call them any time with questions or concerns about the state of the repairs or if there were any issues at all after receiving the vehicle back. Bob was very professional and the shop did terrific work repairing the damage from my accident.

Braintree Auto Body kept me up to date with text alerts about the status of the repairs to my vehicle. The manager (Bob) also phoned me several times to discuss the timetable for ordering and receiving the needed parts and was very professional. I got my vehicle back one day earlier than expected, in great condition and I truly appreciate the excellent job done by the body shop.
