I was very impressed with the service and courtesy of the staff until the end. I couldn't release my emergency break and returned to the office for help. The mechanic was about to help me when a customer drove up. He then stopped to speak with her. I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes while he addressed her issues. I was disappointed because I had intended to give this service the optimum rating and review.
