I am very happy that I used Braintree Auto Body. Everyone I spoke with was responsive and kind, keeping me up to date with the status of repair. I was even notified when there was an issue with my insurance company. The repairs are amazing. I can't believe how well the paint matches the rest of the car. I was able to deal with the rental car from the shop as well. I will definitely use Braintree Auto Body again!

I was so impressed with the communication and efficiency of all the guys at Braintree Auto Body! I was always in the loop about progress. Things were finished more quickly than they estimated, which is always a plus! They helped me return my rental, and even started my car ahead of my arrival on a cold winter morning. Couldn’t be happier I chose them for service. Although I never hope to have to use them again, if the need arises I am now a loyal customer.
