I would have gave a higher score because they did good job on my car. Bob was really nice. When I went to retrieve my car, there was a spare tire near my back tire. The front driver seat and back seat were dirty. When informed to Braintree auto company, they said they have to take pictures and informed the manager. They informed me that I have to returned the car, so they can try to clean it. Instead of providing me a reimbursement for a detail. The car seats should have been clean before giving it to the customer.
