Hello, We would like to inform that both original estimate and time frame got extended way beyond what has been stated at the time of drop off. We picked our vehicle almost close to a month compared to original 2 weeks estimated time. After picking up on Saturday July 25th, breaks system was pretty rough with a rumbling noise so we immediately dropped the vehicle on July 27 th. They looked in to the issue, still have issue with brakes, but Tyler suggested to drive around for few days as it will smoothens out. We are following his advice. We trust that this will be addressed promptly if the brakes have an issue after driving for a few more more days.

I requested that the previous issue be repaired under the warranty. Although you acknowledged that the clip was damaged and confirmed it could be repaired, the repair was not completed. As a result, I am not satisfied with the warranty service I received. The new work you performed is good, and I appreciate that.
