Overall, I was treated well. The car just took nearly double the amount of time than originally estimated. That caused some inconvenience. But overall, I still would use Bravo in the future.

My car was fixed quickly, and was returned clean in the front and passenger part of the vehicle. The back was not cleaned, but it was a nice surprise to have the car cleaned.
