I was very unhappy with Veronica! She did not return phone calls not try to keep in contact with me about my car. My ready date was pushed back several times and she didn't even have the courtesy to let me know but maybe the very first time. I was a very I satisfied customer when it came to her customer service.

I was highly disappointed for the disregard of my personal items. My spare tire was just thrown in the back of the trunk and not put back safely nor properly. I found damage to hundred dollar text books that were in my trunk. I am HIGHLY disappointed that this is the result from a professional body shop.

The job was done but over a week later than promised, damage to my trunk and items in the trunk, and my spare tire and parts were not put back just thrown in.
