While I understand that the delays were not entirely BVCC's fault, two full weeks seems a little excessive. More importantly, though, I was frustrated by the lack of communication. I had to actively seek updates and I didn't even get a call back!

The repairs were overall good, minus a couple of small knicks that remain in the paint. Also, some sort of cleaning took was left in my van. There are a few greasy/dirty marks, like handprints, on my leather upholstery. They absolutely weren't there when I left it for repair. And the clock was set to the wrong time.
