there are some pretty big flaws in the paint and on the corner of the fascia and the paint on the trunk that the dealership will point out. Considering it is a leased vehicle Jeff will go through it and let you know what needs to be fixed yet. retainers were missing out of the trunk liner we found them by the spare and put them in ourselves but the paintwork we can't fix maybe you can with a little touch up also concerned there is a chip in the tail light not sure if the dealership will say anything about that maybe could have / should have been caught by Allstate

The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was that my emergency brake was broken when I picked up my car, so I couldn't take my car when I thought I would be able to and had to extend my car rental date another day. I was however satisfied with the customer service and updates that I received periodically throughout the repair process. Thank you for your time!
