I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. My bumper looks completely brand new, you can’t even tell there was any damage at all. The work was done with great attention to detail, and everything was finished in a timely manner. The work was completed with minimum issues and ahead of schedule. However, the attitude and rudeness of the front desk lady has turned me off of getting any new work done. I wanted to pay to have my car painted a different color and she refused to assist me in getting a quote.

Very rude and unprofessional. Always interrupting me and did not give me a full breakdown of work completed. Made me feel like i was a burden. Refused to quote me on a paint job. "Why would you want to paint the car? There's nothing wrong with it!" People do like painting cars for cosmetic reasons...
