I had an excellent experience with the entire team. Gene was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the repair process. They kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience very easy. The repair was completed beautifully, and my car looks great. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my charging piece missing from the back of my car and two bags are missing as well and when I went to ask about them, nobody knows where they went. They magically disappeared, and I took a picture of everything that was in the back of my car so I can have proof if something was taken because I didn’t want to carry everything with me to the rental place, so I just took the necessities and they still haven’t called me back regarding my missing property. They also have cameras so I’m not sure why they didn’t just run back the footage to see where my belongings went.

Inside my car on the passenger side, the car vent was broke and my air fresher was put over it to cover it. Didn’t notice it until I moved the air fresher as it was clearly broke and I just got the car lol

We sincerely regret that this experience caused you stress and understand why you were concerned when you couldn't immediately locate your belongings. After thoroughly reviewing the situation, we confirmed that your personal items were not lost or removed from your vehicle. As part of our standard detailing process, the belongings in the rear cargo area were temporarily relocated so our team could properly clean the vehicle. Because your vehicle is an electric model with a front storage compartment ("frunk"), your belongings were placed there for safekeeping during the cleaning process. We understand that if you were unaware your vehicle had a front trunk, it would have been alarming not to find your belongings where you originally left them. We recognize that this should have been communicated more clearly when your vehicle was returned, and we apologize for the confusion that resulted. Our team investigated your concerns immediately after they were brought to our attention. We confirmed that all of your belongings remained with your vehicle throughout the service and were never missing. While we understand your frustration, there was no theft or disappearance of your property. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention because it has highlighted an opportunity for us to improve our process. Going forward, we will remind customers whenever items have been moved within their vehicle during detailing, especially when servicing electric vehicles with front storage compartments that some owners may not be familiar with. Our goal is always to provide excellent service while treating every customer's vehicle and personal property with the utmost care and respect.
