Car was scheduled to be done on Saturday. I called to confirm and was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I had sent an email to customer service (link from Brendan's home page). When I called to confirm receipt of the email I was told that the link was not accurate. I did appreciate the call on Monday to report the card completion.
