Absolutely horrible experience. Took one month longer than the original completion date. Received 5 dates after that and it still wasn’t ready. The receptionist was nasty and they left all of my fluids empty. Will never recommend and the person who recommended me is appalled.

I truly appreciate everyone on staff at Brendons. I didn't anticipate this visit but, once again, I was treated with thoughtfulness and our 2010 Honda CRV (aka the "Dragon" ) was repaired par excellence. It was the busy holiday season and kindness and care was abundant - as always.

Had a few phone conversations with the lady working at the desk. These covos were all about when to bring in my car. All three covos were entirely different as she always said something different (ie, to have car assessed: schedule/leave car vs schedule/keep car vs dont schedule/keep car). Once in person, not the friendliest customer service but still nice and professional. Once I went to pick up my car, nobody went out to show me the work. I just paid my deductible, got my keys and left. As good as their work is, they lack customer interaction skills
