To no one, I was only there because the other drivers insurance paid for the repairs

Repairs were promised to be completed by a certain date which was not met. I received no updates on when it would be completed. I myself had to call repeatedly to confirm when it would be ready. Repairs were done on my door hinge and it still does not sound correctly when closing the door
