My repair was scheduled 2 months out and still the parts didn't get ordered until 2-3 days after dropping it off. I was called a week after dropping it off and parts were 2 days out. I called Ford and they said all parts are in stock and cheapest shipping will have them there within a week. I was called on a Fri and was told it's going to be done soon. I called back at the end of the day and was told next Tues and it still took till the end of the day. I filled the gas before taking it in and get it back with 76%. My mirrors and all seats were moved.

Requested weekly updates and received 3 total. All were vague. First simply said all parts are in and we will start working on it. Had to ask for a general time estimate. Second was a simple voice mail saying it was going into paint. The third another vague it is in reassembly. Also when an issue ocurred that exented repairs by several days right at the. I was never contacted and had to call to find out why it wasn’t ready.
