Lack of communication as to when the vehicle would be done. I was told it was done Friday. I was unable to get there to pick it up. When I called Monday morning to pick it up was told it was not done.

Paint is wrong and never got any updates on the repair process like I was told I would. Called office the day before I was told it would be done only to be told it would be 4 more days and then after 4days was told I would be contacted when ready. Would not recommend.

Didn't communicate with me about the when they would be done.was told a week no communication telling me they wouldn't be done in week had to call up there to find out would be another week and two days.paint was totally off. But I did have to call back and talked to Tucker head of paint and he is going to fix so that was very professional. But don't think I will use services again or recommend to anyone
