Britland Autobody was very customer service oriented towards me and my recent repair. They made me feel important and a part of the process that only exemplified their overall positive and professionalism throughout the process. I liked how they kept me updated with the repairs to my car, via phone calls, text messages, and Voicemail. When working with the insurance company and the car rental, they continue continued that professionalism throughout the ordeal I was dealing with.

Smooth and simple from the beginning. Great communication regarding the estimate and the process and then getting updates during the whole process was nice to see how it was progressing. Doug and Randall were who I worked with who were great. Communicated with the front staff a few times and they were also great. All in all nice experience.
