The work is excellent, but my car being in the shop for almost 3 weeks seem a little excessive. Especially Since we were just waiting for the parts. Not sure if that was our insurance or not, but there has to be a better way.

Brietland made an effort to keep us informed, but the messages were at time contradictory. We were told that the parts were ordered only to learn two days later that the parts had not been ordered.

The team was great—explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easily understood and was friendly throughout the whole process. Repair was complete in less than half the time it was originally projected. The repair has that part of the car looking better than new! It also appears the car was detailed which is very much appreciated. Thanks all!

They did a really good job on my car’s bumper. The paint job was fabulous. The only thing is they removed the TURBO emblem on the back of my car and forgot to place it. Otherwise, I am happy.
