Car was clean and looking like new after repair. Communication was solid throughout the process. My only issue and I doubt this is something yall control was the length of time you had my car. Ten out of ten if I could've gotten her back a little sooner, but bang up job outside of that.

Hannah was nice and communicative. I picked up my car after closing time on Friday from a gentleman burning the midnight oil if you will...I think his name was Mike (black haired alternative looking fellow). He saved my weekend and waited for me to get the car. They both deserve a raise.

I would just like to say that everyone on your staff was professional and courteous. One staff member in particular, who works at the front counter brownish red hair (collision), is simply amazing. She made me feel like family from the moment I arrived, and she even had me laughing. Her kindness, is outstanding and her customer service truly made my experience memorable. After I take the car back to get the wet sand spots buffed out on my trunk, I would give a 10
