Original people were great. As the end of the day approached to pick up our vehicle, it was not ready. I kept being told, “We will call.” With only one hour remaining of your office hours, I was trying to find out details of our vehicle. The woman was redundant saying they would call us when finished. I asked if it would be done by the close of day. She said yes & hung up. I had been waiting all day & had to coordinate arrangements to drop off the rental, pick up the repaired vehicle, get to work & get daughter from work. Didn’t appreciate a hang up from your office.

I initially brought my car in for an estimate in early December. I was told to drop my car off on Feb 2 because that’s when they said they were ready for it. It didn’t get worked on for two and a half weeks. I would have appreciated having access to my car during that time.
