Communication was good during the process but when I came to get the vehicle there was an door ajar alarm that still was going off. I ended up having to leave car for that to be fixed. I called and left a message, never got a return call. Called the next day talked with Angie who said I would get a call when car was ready. Never got a call. Called at 430 no answer, left message. Never got a call the next day. I called and was told it was ready. Poor communication

The receptionist was very rude during scheduling my estimate, after dropping off my car I had called 4 days later to see the status of it and she was also very rude and told me I dont need to call ams they will call me when its done. I was just trying to figure out if I should return my rental car or not. On the day of pickup I left work early and returned my rental got there after getting the call it was done and my car had been wired back together wrong requiring another hour of work in which I had to just sit there. Neil was amazing at customer service and keeping me updated during that process and made plenty of calls to make sure that if I needed a loaner vehicle I had one. Thank you Neil.

Couple of questions - I asked that an unrelated chip in my front windshield be fixed and I don’t think it was. Also I asked that my routine maintenance be done while in shop and at least according to the sticker on the car - I don’t think it was. I also noticed a long, deep scratch in my front right bumper that wasn’t there before I took car in. Did that happen in the shop? I was simply delighted that I was able to use a free loaner while car being repaired. Everything about the repair, from the estimate through the finished repair was excellent. Communication was fantastic. I highly recommend using your collision shop! Thank you!

The sequences of events regarding damage doesn't make sense. When we picked the vehicle up, there was damage to trim. Nothing was said...after walking out to the vehicle and noticing the damage we went back in. They said they would order the part and put on a hail damage claim. How was that not notice at the estimate or during the repair? Then Brondes claims they have pictures of it that were taken during the repair. If you took pictures of it during the repair...we should have been notified before the service was complete or at pick up. The section that is broken is quite large for a hail stone to also do it. The fact that there were pictures taken the day of repair...yet we weren't notified certainly makes it appear fishy.
