We had our Tesla Model Y towed here for repair after a hit and run. Roman greeted us and was professional and thorough from the get go. He kept us updated with the progress in repair throughout the process. When we picked up the vehicle it looked as if we picked it up as a née vehicle. We did find when driving it after, there was unstableness where the damage area was and we brought it to his attention. They did run tests of alignment which passed but after reinspecting located the cause of the problem and he took care of it promptly. Highly recommend their shop if you ever need repairs done to your vehicle.

Brooklyn Motors went above and beyond in my insurance claim. They are incredibly supportive explaining and handling all necessary parts. Car was cleaned and fully changed when they were done. Really made a difficult time of fixing the car a positive and friendly experience.

Although the work was beautifully done, it took longer than expected and was horrifyingly expensive (fortunately mostly covered by insurance). Customer service was first class, however.
