They use the wrong panel that don’t match my interior at the paint job in the door jam is bad they have to do it again also the electrical seat is not working I’m so dissatisfied with this shop they need to have better quality control of their work

The shop kept me informed about the work being done on my car. I had to return my rental car and I told the shop so he said would try to get my car done a little early so I Wouldn’t be without. Car. Got it Monday and wasn’t expecting it till Friday. Was very happy. Would tell my friends about your shop!

I was hoping that all the bumper was going to be replaced. Not only a portion. The left side bumper looks very deteriorated compared to the right side. Looks nice and the rubber is black.

Unfortunately the satisfaction that I temporarily experienced with Brooks Auto Body, went out the window when upon picking up my car from them, they had lost my key. It's been 2 days since this and I have yet to hear from them.
