Overall the experience was good. Everyone was very nice. The repairs were quick and they did a great job. Just a bit of miscommunication regarding the rental car. Was told to call ahead of time so the rental car would be delivered but when I did, was told by the same person I was supposed to set it up. When I clarified they then said I had to wait until I arrived at caliber to call. It ended up working out but was worried in the moment with timing and making it to work. Other than that, thank you to everyone for quickly taking care of my car.
