As usual, Jose was excellent in his customer service- he went through all the processes to be undertaken and explained everything in detail including costs and timetables. He made sure that I get a ride home meantime the car is being repaired. He gave updates and alerted me when the service was done and again, provided the ride back to the shop. 5 stars for Jose as his way of doing things impressed on me. Also noteworthy to mention is the driver that brought me home. He was very professional and showed extreme caution in driving. Likewise, Rachel, who picked me up at home and who had to go out of her way I believe to fetch me as she mans the counter . The show of teamwork and great customer skills make these workers outstanding and worthy of employer’s praise! I felt all the three people mentioned were ready to help to please me. Great employees! Great jobs done! Thank you.
