The car was really dusty everywhere on the inside and the drivers floor matt was all white with something chalky looking. I brought it in clean . It looked like they cleaned the outside a bit. The windows must have been open in the shop while working on cars. We were heading out of town so i had to go to the car wash. I spoke to elvin and said i needed it by thursday and he said it was possible. Then i called friday morning and you were just waiting for clips...and it didn't get done til 4:00. Could the clips have been ordered earlier in the week. It had been there since Monday. So much goes into leaving a car for a week. Arranging the drop off and pick up for someone to take you. Borrowing a car or renting a car. An update would have been helpful during the week. The repair does look nice ???? thank you!!!
