The ladies at the body shop were excellent to work with. They coordinated my SUV repairs in a timely manner. I did spot an issue brought it to their attention the ladies worked with my insurance company and got it resolved quickly. Would also like to give a shout out to Roy, he was very helpful addressing a couple of issues and addressed the in a professional manner very nice gentleman. This is my first experience with Browns Body Shop and I would rate my experience a 10 and would recommend them for any body work

The Collision Center crew and management were great. They took time to thoroughly look over my truck and were able to get a solid grasp of the work and parts required the day I brought it in for the initial estimate. They replaced the cheap bumper cap from the original body shop with a correct fitting OE one. My truck was delivered back to me within 20 days with all repairs completed. It looks like nothing ever happened to my truck.

This is my second time and second vehicle to be serviced here.

The workmanship was good and only really needed slight adjustment to make the panels and headlight fitment look evenly with the other side of the car. I know this line a work can be difficult and will never be factory. However, there is some overspray on the right door with a couple of paint "bubbles." Nothing major just not as clean in that area as the rest of the workmanship done.

Everyone was nice and communicated very well. Only thing I wish I knew was that an aftermarket fender was applied instead of OEM. I would have paid for an OEM part. If there were none available I understand. This is not an issue just being picky.
