I’ve gotten my car repaired here before and service was great which is why I came back. This time I had the opportunity to be helped by Erica and she was beyond amazing. She kept me updated from the beginning all the way to the end reached out via call and text. Erica was very patient and flexible with me due to running very late to pick up my car once repaired which kept her after work hours, sorry Erica!!!! I am so grateful and would definitely return if needed.

I went in for front end bumper damage on a 2008 Lexus GX. They were very knowledgeable and treated the car like their own. I asked about a total repaint while it was there & they suggested a refurbishing, chip & scratch light sanding, wax and buff. They also suggested a black detail on the rims. 10 days later it now loos brand new. Very pleased with the price for the extras! Nice birthday present for my wife.

After I had a collision, my insurance company suggested Carstar 90W for repairs. Erica at Carstar guided me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone I dealt with was respectful and the repairs were completed on time and without delays. They also explained all of the repairs to me (which is not always a given with female customers). Their customer service was truly outstanding. This experience was SO much better than other body shops snd dealerships I've used in the past.
