Great job from start. All I would say is at time of pick up to give a clean car. Not just move dirt around . It looked the same as when I dropped it off (dirty) I waited for it to be cleaned and it was the same which I don’t mind but I know there are people out there that would have complained and thrown a stink about it. I work in construction area and my car gets dirty in seconds of getting to work so it doesn’t bother me.

My experience was wonderful, I was informed of everything that I should be expecting throughout the process. I was never left with any questions because everything was covered. There’s not better feeling than leaving something of value to true professionals that understand and respect its value. Ruben and his unseen heroes really took care of my truck and it looks as if nothing happened to it. The fact that they kept me in the loop of the progress and took care of keeping me in the rental made the process much smoother. It seems like the hood is not quite aligned. I keep thinking that it is not closed all the way. I was going to stop by but it seems like ya’ll are always busy.

I’m not quite sure who all worked on my car, but Noah was the one that I guess I dealt with the most and he was great. He need to hire more people like him. He was very courteous very polite and very helpful.
