My recent experience at brown Chevrolet was a colossal waste of time. I was told my vehicle would be diagnosed within 2-3 days it turned into 2-3 weeks with no apparent regard of customer satisfaction. After two weeks I called to check on my vehicle and Julio decides to blatantly lie that my husband had already been contacted with an update on the vehicle status. I will not return to brown with any of my vehicles and will make sure to let all my friends and family know this is a terrible establishment to service your vehicle. I can only blame their management which was also not available at the time of our service to help with this issue. The team can only be as good as its leader.
