Right now it's still debatable because the work is not 100% complete. I would like to mention though that Brown Chevrolet has put me in a loaner while my truck is 100% complete and for that alone I would say that they are a very responsible company that are considerate of their customers needs.

The team at the collision center has been excellent. I can not complain one bit about them. I am not completely satisfied because I am still waiting on the grille for my truck. It is taking a really long time to come in. I am beyond thankful that Brandon and his team were able to get me into a loaner because if not, I would be without a vehicle. Other than a mishap on one of my seats being cut, I am anticipating that once the work is finally 100% complete I will be a happy customer.

I have nothing but compliments for Brown Chevrolet. From the sale to the removal of the Blazer from their lot Brown's we were given. whatever info they had. The manager of the Body Shop was very polite which was all he could do since Progressive passed NO INFORMATION to him after they towed the car. to their lot.
