I was very impressed with the attention to detail. You took the time to locate my detached license plate and reinstall it in additional to cleaning the broken grill parts out of my bed. I appreciate the “extra mile”!

My entire back end of my car now shakes since the tire that was hit did not get balanced. My car also now sits lower lower on the rear drivers side and I was told this is normal.
