When dropping off my truck, I expressed concerns about electrical issues because my seat warmers, heated steering wheel and console USB port was not working. When I picked up my truck, I was told the seats and steering wheel IS working and heating up. I immediately turned them on and neither warm up. I do not believe my electrical concerns were checked out at all. I feel like I was lied to just to get me out of the door.

I have had couple of accidents and they repaired my vehicle the first time. On my second accident, I knew I wanted them to repay my SUV again. So, I would absolutely recommend them.

Traci met with me around a complex work schedule and made it possible for me to not miss work and get my truck in at the time they needed it.
