There is a scraping and a poping sound on the front driver's side that wasnt there before. The tire is rubbing the inner fender liner on a constant basis. There is a burning smell like anti freeze. The time frame it took to get the car done was over 3 weeks for something that didnt even have all the parts replaced due to not being available and still having issues with it after getting it back.

My experience with Browns body shop was great however, my experience with Grange could’ve been better. The lack of communication was disheartening to say the least and then to go to return the rental to Enterprise to have my credit card charged for $1.35 was ridiculous. I am glad to discuss any of the other problems that I had along the way with a representative at any time.
