Your Detailer and washing was very unexpected, but highly welcomed. I would like to know what he used on the floor mats. I could never get them that clean.

While the travel trailer was on your premises, it was backed into by an employee, resulting in damage to the trailer jack. We appreciate that your staff was honest about the incident and repaired the jack at no cost to us. However, after picking up the camper to use while waiting for the parts to come in, We traveled approximately four hours north, we discovered that the camper had no battery power. As a result, we were forced to keep the camper connected to the truck and run the truck whenever we needed to use any electrical functions within the unit. This caused a significant inconvenience and negatively impacted our trip. That said, we are satisfied with the repairs completed on the awning and are pleased with the quality of that work.
