I have been back twice now because the replacement body panel that was installed on one of the two vehicles I brought for repair, does not align with the adjoining panel, the trim was not aligned and not completely attached, and the panel itself was deformed.

I was told the misaligned and deformed body panel and trim your technicians installed would be corrected. But after returning a second time it has not yet been aligned correctly.

I had two separate damage claims, from two different accidents. Brown's Collision was able to assess and complete the repairs for both claims. Not only that, they ensured that the rental I used initially, was transferred directly for use during the second round of repairs. The entire process was stress-free, and the car came out looking better than before both collisions! I cannot thank Brown's Collision enough for their diligence, communication, and hard work
