The door repair was quick and looks good but the other 2 concerns I had were not addressed and the mirror does not work, which means I jow have another 2 hour round trip for that repair.

I'd give them a 20 if it were available. They, literally, went out of their way to accommodate me!! The repair they did on my Jayco motorhome is awesome. Looks better than new!
