I don't know that I'd recommend or not recommend Brown's. I give them good marks for paint match, timelessness, and cleaning the interior. I give them lower marks for sloppy/hasty overspray and not fully seating the outer rear window gasket in its channel. If I were paying fully out of pocket I wouldn't have been pleased that the final bill was almost $200 over the estimate.

Paint match was good but overspray is visible on lower plastic trim piece. 2 bolts and 5 clips were all that was needed to properly remove trim piece vs taping off area and overspeaying. Latch opening isn't as smooth as before. Nice job of interior cleaning and detailing, but I would have rather seen the time spent removing trim instead of trying to mask off area and leave a noticeable paint seam.
