Looking back on it, the one thing I probably would have done is to communicate that the liftgate was tinted glass from the factory. They told me that because I had a clear plastic sheet over the back where the glass was broken in the liftgate they assumed that it was clear in the original liftgate. That's the only thing I could say about it--you'll have to tell them exactly what was there.

It looks better than it did before. The only thing I noticed was that the original liftgate for the 2016 Honda CRV EX had tinted glass, not clear glass. Otherwise, it looks great.

Love them all. So kind. Did a great job fixing my jeep. It was fixed in a timely manner and they even cleaned it. My jeep looked like I was driving off the car lot brand new. Bruce's Body Shop will be the only place I will go to. I want to thank everyone at Bruce's. You all are fantastic.
