I have always had excellent service with bucks but this time I was a little disappointed. I did not get my rental for a week after the accident due to lack of cars due to a holiday. Even with that delay I had to pay $400 for my rental due to delay with getting my car finished. They did fix it so I could drive but a part was delayed and will have to bring it back for completion.
