I was so glad to have my car back. Everything was awesome, but I don't want to drive a car that is smarter than me. jk thank you again for your help. It was a pleasure. Wish my whole car looked like that panel.

The repair work was great, but my husband had called to talk about some scratches on the passenger door (separate from the deer damages), but no one returned his call and the scratches went unrepaired. Also, when the incident happened our son was on his way to get gas, so his tank was really low. However, it was completely empty when we went to pick up the car. We were told that someone would have driven it to Nissan and back, which probably emptied the tank. We had to borrow a gas can to go to West Wood and come back to put some gas in the tank because we were scared what the empty gas tank would have done to the car (and, yes, he should have been paying attention to the low mileage before that morning he hit the deer). But, it would have been nice for the repairman to have noticed the low gas mileage (which actually read 0 at pickup) and added some. We have a friend who recently had thousands of dollars of repairs done because she ran her minivan completely empty. Thankfully, the Honda was okay and our son noticed the problem before trying to drive it to West Wood. Probably just something to add to the final checklist: is there enough gas to get to West Wood without burning up anything? We would have definitely repaid the body shop for the gallon put in.

See earlier comment... Thankfully, one of the repairmen found a gas can we could borrow.

Multiple times the vehicle was ready for pickup, upon vehicle inspection each time we arrived for pickup of vehicle there was damage that either wasn't repaired properly or residual damage that wasn't even attended to. Vehicle was then left multiple times to complete those repairs that were missed/overlooked.

Customer service was good. They understood that we were not happy with repairs or lack there of each time we came to the lot for pickup. Each time they offered to work on the damage that was missed/overlooked. We were just not happy with the amounts of times we had to return to lot only to have to point out damage that was missed/overlooked.
