Rachel Dyer is an amazing employee. She is very competent and informative and it is evident she really enjoys her job. The repair was completed earlier than anticipated and it came out great. They even wiped out my car and shook out the floor mats. Brustolon has exceeded my expectations for customer service. Great job by everyone involved.

From the initial damage assessment through delivery, Brustolon was transparent about the repair process and what was required. They kept me informed throughout. My 2025 F150 looks and runs great following the collision repair. And paying only the insurance deductible mad the process quite easy for me. Thank you!

They did a great job on the car repair and everyone was so easy and nice to work with. They were able to get my car in a super reasonable amount of time and the repair itself went quickly. It was also so easy getting the rental car I needed. Great job.
